Inspired Lunches

I want to teach Little S to think outside the box while playing by the rules in everything he does. To exercise that skill of my own I make him lunches that are inspired. I take inspiration from wacky holidays, seasons, what cookie cutter is on top, and things we are learning about. I want him to not think lunch needs to be a square sandwich, bag of chips, and a fruit in a brown bag; instead I want him to think... I wonder what my lunch looks like today?
